Chris Watson planted vines in the región more than three decades ago and has produced award-winning wines since.
On this family foundation, Alex and Emma Watson developed a gin that upcycles noble wine by-products — the skins of pressed grapes — to give new life to the landscape and legacy of the vineyard.
