1. Parties and seller identification
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the commercial relationship between:

And the user who places an order through the Website (hereinafter the "Customer").
Placing an order implies the express and full acceptance of these Terms.
2. Purpose
These Terms govern the online sale of spirits, champagne and selected gourmet products through the website www.velclare.com.
All products offered are subject to availability. Velclare reserves the right to modify the commercial offer (products, prices, promotions, conditions) at any time without prior notice, except for orders already confirmed.
3. Requirements to purchase
To place an order on Velclare, the Customer must:
- Be at least 18 years old (in compliance with Spanish legislation on the sale of alcoholic beverages).
- Have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information during the purchase process.
- Accept these General Terms and Conditions.
Velclare reserves the right to reject or cancel orders where there are reasonable indications of fraud, incomplete or false data, or failure to meet the legal minimum age.
4. Purchase process
The purchasing process follows these steps:
- Product selection: the Customer adds desired products to the shopping cart.
- Cart review: the Customer reviews selected products, quantities and prices.
- Shipping and billing details: the Customer enters the delivery address and billing information.
- Payment method selection: the Customer chooses the payment method from the available options.
- Order confirmation: the Customer reviews a full summary and confirms the order, accepting these Terms.
- Payment processing: the system securely processes payment through Shopify Payments.
- Email confirmation: Velclare sends a confirmation email with order details and a reference number.
The purchase contract is concluded when Velclare sends the order confirmation email.
5. Prices and taxes
All prices displayed on the Website include the applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) in Spain, unless expressly stated otherwise.
All shipments are free of charge, regardless of destination. Delivery times are detailed in the shipping and delivery section.
Prices may change without prior notice, but the price in effect at the time of order confirmation will always apply.
6. Payment methods
Velclare offers the following secure payment methods, managed through Shopify Payments:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
- Apple Pay.
- Google Pay.
- Shop Pay.
All payments are processed in a secure environment with SSL/TLS encryption. Velclare does not store payment card data on its systems.
The charge will be made at the time of order confirmation. If the payment cannot be processed, the order will be automatically cancelled.
7. Shipping and delivery
Geographic scope: Velclare ships to:
- Spain (mainland and islands).
- European Union.
- International (to countries where local legislation permits the import of alcoholic beverages).
Estimated delivery times:
- Spain (mainland, Balearic and Canary Islands): 1-3 business days. Free shipping.
- European Union: 3-5 business days. Free shipping.
- International: personalised timeframe by destination. Free shipping.
- International: check during the purchase process.
Indicated timeframes are estimates and do not constitute a binding commitment. They may be affected by circumstances beyond Velclare's control (customs, weather conditions, strikes, etc.).
Carriers: Velclare works with carriers specialised in shipping spirits, including DHL, Schenker, UPS, Nacex, MBE, TNT, Palibex, Tipsa, Campillo Palmera, PasgoTrans, Correos, FedEx and Aunditrans, among others.
Warehouses: Orders are prepared from our warehouses in Madrid (wines and champagne, refrigerated), Navarra (EU duty-suspended fiscal deposit) and Murcia (national and international distribution). For exports to Asia, a fiscal deposit in the Netherlands is used.
Packaging: All products are packed with specific protection materials for glass bottles, ensuring product integrity during transport.
Tracking: Once shipped, the Customer will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track the order.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November (Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without the need to justify their decision and without penalty.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:
- The product must be unopened, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
- Withdrawal will not be accepted for products that have been opened, partially consumed or whose seal has been broken, for reasons of hygiene and food safety.
- The product must not have suffered damage attributable to the Customer.
Procedure:
- The Customer must communicate their decision to withdraw by sending an unequivocal statement to concierge@velclare.com or using the withdrawal form included as an appendix to these Terms.
- Velclare will confirm receipt of the request by email.
- The Customer will have 14 calendar days from the communication of withdrawal to return the product.
Return costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Refund: Velclare will refund the Customer the full amount paid (including initial shipping costs, unless the Customer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option) within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product or from when the Customer provides proof of return, whichever comes first. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
9. Guarantees and conformity
All products sold by Velclare are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. If the product does not conform to the contract, the Customer may opt for repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination, as legally established.
Receipt of order: The Customer should inspect the condition of the packaging and product at the time of delivery. In case of visible damage, it is recommended to note it on the carrier's delivery note and communicate it to Velclare within 48 hours at concierge@velclare.com with photographs of the damage.
10. Customer service and complaints

Velclare commits to responding to complaints within a maximum of 30 days.
Alternative dispute resolution: For out-of-court dispute resolution, the Customer may contact alternative dispute resolution entities for consumer matters. Further information is available from the competent consumer authority.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the Website (text, images, designs, logos, etc.) is the property of Velclare or its legitimate owners and is protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation. Reproduction, distribution or use without express authorisation is prohibited.
12. Data protection
The processing of the Customer's personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
13. Severability
If any clause of these Terms is declared null or ineffective, such nullity shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, which shall retain their full force and effect.
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the contractual relationship, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile, provided the Customer qualifies as a consumer under applicable regulations. Otherwise, they submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Murcia.
