At Velclare we understand the importance of every stage involved in the journey of our products to the end customer. Every process is managed with precision and attention to detail, aware of the complexity that an efficient logistics operation and high-level distribution entails.

Our commitment focuses on offering a comprehensive, agile and perfectly coordinated service, both operationally and through constant communication with our clients. From the moment an order is received at our facilities, we work to guarantee a safe, efficient and transparent experience.

Velclare's main objective is to provide peace of mind, trust and complete satisfaction with every delivery. To this end, our logistics department prepares each order on a personalised basis, ensuring that all products arrive in optimal condition, with maximum speed and quality assurance.

Distribution network

Once the preparation process is complete, orders are managed digitally and sent to our logistics distribution platform. From there, they are collected by leading national and international agencies with whom we work closely, including DHL, Schenker, UPS, Nacex, Mbe, TNT, Palibex, Tipsa, Campillo Palmera, PasgoTrans, Correos, Fedex and Aunditrans.

Thanks to this logistics network, we guarantee that every customer receives their order at the agreed place, time and conditions.

At Velclare we apply strict internal protocols aimed at optimising all logistics processes and offering efficient management at every stage of the service.

Order management and processing

We coordinate every purchase order following criteria of speed, organisation and precision, minimising any possible incident in both the preparation and delivery of orders.

Warehouse control and management

We carry out exhaustive tracking of goods in and out, verifying weights, references, boxes and pallets to ensure exact traceability and greater operational efficiency supported by advanced technology.

Product protection and packaging

Product safety is a priority. We adapt each packaging according to the characteristics of the goods, especially for delicate or fragile items, thus guaranteeing proper handling throughout transport.

Distribution and transport

We work exclusively with top-tier logistics operators who share our standards of quality and commitment. Beyond delivering an order, we understand that behind every shipment there are people and expectations that deserve the best possible service.

Environmental commitment

At Velclare we also maintain a firm commitment to the environment. Logistics centres

Velclare currently has three major logistics centres strategically located in Spain: Madrid, Navarra and Murcia, each specialised in specific functions within our supply chain.

Madrid

Houses our centre specialised in the storage of wines, sparkling wines and champagne, equipped with refrigerated facilities that guarantee optimal conservation of all references.

Navarra

Acts as a bonded goods platform for national and international operations.

Murcia

Has extensive facilities for national and international distribution, with differentiated logistics lines to optimise each distribution channel.

Velclare also has international logistics support to facilitate distribution to the destinations available during checkout, maintaining a controlled, traceable operation adapted to premium products.

Velclare ships nationally and internationally to the destinations available during checkout.

Orders are processed within 0 to 1 business days from purchase confirmation. This allows certain orders to leave the same day if placed before the operational cut-off time, while others may require up to 1 business day for preparation.

Spain, the European Union and the United Kingdom have an estimated total delivery time of 1 to 4 business days from order preparation.

Norway, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and other available international destinations have an estimated total delivery time of 1 to 5 business days.
