Ryoma Rhum Japonais is a Japanese rum produced by Kikusui Shuzo on the island of Shikoku from pure cane juice and cane honey obtained from locally cultivated sugarcane. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 70 cl format and aged in oak casks, it offers a distinctive aromatic profile with echoes of sake, shochu, nuts, candied citrus and vanilla.
